It’s not uncommon for a defense doctor to put in his report tests, procedures, and findings that he did not actually find. It is also not uncommon for defense doctors to make statements based on no medical fact at all. One way to combat this tactic is to have our office perform a Post DME Report Review.

Once you receive the report back from the defense, send it to us. Our staff doctors will look at the report and compare it to the observers actual account to find inconsistencies and help defeat the defense Expert’s credibility. Additionally, we will scout the report for areas that are not supported by medical probability or fact.
