PRIME reports are signed under the penalty of perjury. Therefore reports prepared can be introduced as evidence.

Additionally, our doctors can testify on behalf of your client at trial or arbitration regarding any examination procedures omitted and why the standard of care may have not been met. This could help defeat the defense doctor’s credibility and show that the examination was biased.

Often times when our doctors are designated as Experts, the defense will take our doctor's deposition. The defense doctor’s credibility is damaged if the observers report shows that the doctor performed a substandard examination based upon the injuries. Once the defense attorney knows that their Expert is flawed they are willing to settle cases reasonably.
